Assitant Coaches for Goaltending If you train Keepers you should hire 9 of these and keep 1 Assistant Coach (some use 8:2). This will assure very good training effect for your Goalkeepers and keep your players in form. If you dont train goalkeeping see next chapter:
Assistant Coaches for Outfielders When training outfielders you should have 9 Assistants and 1 Goaltending Coach. (some use 8:2). This will give mostly maximum training effect to your players and still keeps you Goalkeepers in form.

Its experienced that a sum of 11 (NOT 11 of one kind!) wont have any negative impact like training-effect-loss or teamspirit drop. This is just because the risk is very low... but it is there! Anyway the effect towards training speed for sure is negligible (IF it is a positive one at all) and neither worth the risk nor the wage.
